Landcorp Residential Development

Landcorp have advised that tenders are currently being invited for the development of the residential lots in the Fry Street / Munthoola Road precinct. Should the tenders come in higher than the estimated budget for development Landcorp would need to seek the State Cabinet’s approval to proceed. However, if as hoped tenders come within the Budget amount the development is expected to take some 12 months to be completed.
