Council appointed Tony Kett to the position of Works Supervisor as from 18th July 2007. Tony commenced employment with Council as Plant Operator in July 1999. During his 8 years, he acquired additional skills and experience which led to his promotion to Leading Hand in 2006. His appointment as Works Supervisor was a natural progression in his employment with Council.

Britt was appointed in the position of CDO in 2019. The CDO's role is to assist the Shire and Community Groups in writing funding applications and managing projects.

Sharon has been with the Shire of Williams for over 30 years. Her main duties include Rates, Property and Building Management, Human Resources, Payroll and various other financial administrative duties.

After working in Administration for the Shire for 18months Cassie pursued her Financial interests to be appointed as Senior Finance Officer in 2023.

MANUELA LENEHAN

Manuela has been employed by the Shire of Williams since 2003, her main duties include Accounts Payable, Customer Service and Payroll.

Kate began her Traineeship at the Shire in February 2023. Her duties include reception and all administrative tasks including debtors and department of transport transactions.

IAN COCKS

.

Ian joined the Shire of Williams as the Williams Refuse Site Attendant in March 2022. Ian issues tip passes, accepts payments or vouchers for waste disposal and manages the recyclables. He is also in charge of the "Tip Shed" where usable items can be deposited free of charge, to be sold on to residents in exchange for a donation to a local charity organisation.
