Home Care Service provides home support and respite care to people who are aged, fail aged and younger people with disabilities and their carers, to enable people to continue to live in their own home. The Stay on Your Feet Group hold weekly exercise classes and organise regular outings for seniors.

The objective of the Community Resource Centre Network is to provide information and education to support the development of the Williams Community. The offer a wide range of services including computer and Internet use, photocopying, laminating, binding, secretarial services, TAFE courses, video conferencing, Centrelink access point, desktop publishing, speciality papers and more. The Gateway Expo is a family day held annually in April, showcasing the local and wider community. The Expo is run by a volunteer committee.

Supportive of, and a voice for, the Williams Medical Centre, this dedicated group of volunteers organise every Williams Driver Reviver stint on the highway, raising funds to help in their endeavour to provide the Medical Centre, and with it the people of Williams, with those little extras that make life a bit easier when you live and work in a small town.
Natural Resource Management
The Shires of Boddington, Williams, Wandering and Cuballing have a Memorandum of Understanding with the Peel-Harvey Catchment Council, with each Council contributing to the provision of a Natural Resource Manager, located in Boddington and assisting with natural resource management and landcare support for landowners and the community of the Hotham-Williams catchment. Their projects are also supported through funding from the Australian Government's National Landcare Program and Newmont Boddington Gold.

If you are interested in Natural Resource Management on your property this group can help you with the information and support you need. Meetings are held every two months to organise projects, events and workshops to implement and promote landcare in the local community. Equipment is available to hire to assist with tree planting and farm planning.

Tarwonga Hall and sports facilities are located 20kms south of Williams on the Albany Highway. Tennis is played on Sundays throughout the summer.
Williams Tennis Club
Tennis courts are ideally located adjacent to the swimming pool, at the recreation ground. Social tennis is played on Saturday afternoons during the summer.
Williams Harness Racing Club
The Harness Racing Club holds two race meets over the season, going from November to February.
