SHIRE OF WILLIAMS

PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY

Pursuant to section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, local public notice is hereby given that the Shire of Williams intends to sell the property situated at Lot 440 (5) Marjidin Way, Williams to Yeeramukadoo Pty Ltd and Ryan and Natalie Pearce Super Fund.  The Buyer will pay the amount of $480,000, excluding of GST.  The market value was assessed at $450,000, exclusive of GST, on the 19 August 2021.

Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.

Submissions should be made to the Shire of Williams, 9 Brooking Street, Williams WA 6391 by Friday, 26 November 2021.
