PUBLIC NOTICE

LOT 422 MARJIDIN WAY, WILLIAMS

The Shire of Williams has received a planning application for two industrial buildings on Lot 422 (No 1) Marjidin Way in Williams. 

The proposal is for two showroom/ warehouses which are being advertised as a ‘use not listed’ under the Shires Town Planning Scheme No 2. 

In accordance with Clause 2.11 of the Scheme, the Shire is considering waiving a requirement for landscaping and minimum front setbacks, therefore is required to advertise notice of its intentions. 

Plans of the proposed development are being advertised on the Shire website to provide any interested party with an opportunity to comment on the proposal.

Any submissions should be lodged in writing to the Shire of Williams, PO Box 96, Williams WA 6391 within 28 days (i.e., by the 26 April 2022).
