Volunteer Bush Fire Brigades
Volunteer Bush Fire Brigades play a vital role in protecting property and life in rural Australia. Williams has seven volunteer brigades covering the district. All brigades welcome new volunteer members.
During the summer months, harvest and vehicle movement bans are determined by the Bush Fire Brigades, these are broadcast over local radio stations. If you would like to be added to the Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade WhatsApp group(s) please contact Britt Logie 0428 851 357 or Nat Major 0429 851 021.
You will find all the information relating to Bush Fire Brigades under 'Council Services' → 'Bush Fire Information'. Click here to go directly to that page.
