SUBDIVISION WORKS- Lot 9001, HYNES COURT, WILLIAMS

The Shire has appointed Key Civil to undertake the construction works for a 16 Lot residential subdivision at Hynes Court to create more options for housing construction. This is stage 2 of a previous subdivision.

The works and project are supported by a $1.6 million Australian Government grant from the Housing Support Program – Stream 2: Community Enabling Infrastructure program. This funding provides an important opportunity to support growth in the Williams community.

Works will commence 28/29 September 2026 with pegging the site, followed by construction commencing 5 October 2026 through until mid to later January 2027.

Subdivision plans can be viewed at the Shire Office, 9 Brooking Street, Williams during office hours or below.

The Shire will provide further advice on land sales in early 2027.  Early expression of interest in the Lots can be lodged to the Shire.
